The Project Manager 

Has overall responsibility for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of any construction project, and will work closely with a range of other professionals during the contract process. It is the Project Manager's responsibility to ensure that the Client's wishes are adhered to and that the project is completed on time

Budget Control 

We formalise the project budget, and within the Client's budget, we manage contractors, in order to achieve optimum value for the project, arranging regular meetings and producing budget reports to an agreed timetable

Program of Works

This is established to ensure that work is being carried out in an agreed manner and to set completion dates to meet the Client's expectations and deadlines

Stage Review, Feedback, Monitoring and Reporting 

We provide all these services which are essential for the smooth running of the contract and enables the Client to be kept informed on the progress of the project
